Lesley is responsible for the Global Family and Private Investment Offices Group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
 
Lesley specialises in working with ultra high net worth global families and their advisors on a vast range of different aspects to managing family wealth. She works with some of the leading global experts on tax and legal matters with special attention on establishing trusts, PTC’s and SPV’s. Her experience includes helping families establish efficiency, governance and succession planning within family businesses, property, art and landed estates. She has been instrumental in the establishment of new family offices as well as providing ongoing strategic solutions to those with long standing offices.
 
Lesley started her career with the Treasury of Royal Bank of Scotland before joining Northern Trust’s asset management business in 1995 to establish a portfolio management capability outside of the United States. After the successful establishment of this function she then worked with international clients on their global investment and securities lending needs.
 
Lesley serves as a Director to The Northern Trust Company of Saudi Arabia and Northern Trust Cayman International Limited. She is Chair to the Northern Trust Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Limited board and also serves on a number of client company boards.
 
Lesley has a M.A. degree, with Honours in Accountancy and Economics from the University of Dundee, Scotland and is IMC qualified.

Andrew Nesbitt is a senior wealth strategist in the Global Family & Private Investment Offices group based in Abu Dhabi. Andrew is responsible for widening brand awareness and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients. 

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Andrew was most recently the Head of Client Service for the Global Family & Private Investment Offices group in London, overseeing services provided to Single Family Offices, Foundations and Charities.

Andrew joined the London Global Family & Private Investment Offices team in 2007 as a Product Consultant developing on-line reporting capabilities for EMEA clients. He became a Senior Relationship Manager in 2010.

Andrew joined Northern Trust in 1996 as a Client Reporting Consultant, working closely with institutional clients to produce customised reporting.

Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Loughborough, UK, in 1995 and holds a post-graduate diploma in Business and Information Technology from the University of Newcastle.

David is responsible for the Global Family and Private Investment Offices Group’s European development team.

David has broad experience in working with ultra high net worth international families when it comes to managing family wealth. He has helped families implement efficiencies and governance across their structures while assisting strategic succession planning solutions which have included international real estate, art and family businesses. He partners with families and their private offices to understand their individual needs, while providing solutions allowing them to overcome the challenges faced when managing wealth across jurisdictions and generations. 
 
David started his career with Credit Suisse before joining Northern Trust’s Global Family Office Group in 2009. He quickly progressed into Relationship Management and oversaw a number of diverse and complex international family structures. He currently serves as Director on a number of client company boards.
 
David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University

Yovan is a Senior Wealth Strategist for the Global Family and Private Investment Offices Group, based in London.

Yovan advises ultra high net worth families in relation to their overall wealth management.  His experience includes helping clients set up their family offices, as well as working with already established offices and an extensive network of lawyers in bringing efficiency as well as good governance within the structures. He collaborates with families in finding solutions to complex requirements covering multiple components of their asset base including global real estate, operating family businesses, investment advisory and art. He partners with private offices to understand their specific needs and provide solutions that cater to their particular – and often cross jurisdictional – circumstances.

Yovan started his career at Morgan Stanley. He then moved into wealth management and has worked for some of the leading European banks including Barclays, BNP Paribas and Santander where he looked after prominent families from Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia in his capacity as a Senior Private Banker before joining the Global Family Office Group at Northern Trust in 2016.

Yovan has a BSc. degree in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School, London and is a CFA charter holder. He is fully fluent in English, French and Creole, and conversational in Italian and Hindi.
